Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Know If I Need To Have My Roof Checked?

As with any area of your home, it is best to have yearly, or every other year, checks done to your roof. This is especially important with older roofs, or with roofs that have withstood extreme weather in the past 12 months (hail, high winds, extremely low temperatures, ice and snow, etc.).

How Much Does It Cost To Have A Roof Inspection?

Nothing! Our roof inspections are completely free, and we will never push or sell unnecessary repairs or replacements. We will simply provide you with an honest assessment of your roof.

What Do I Do If I Have Hail/wind/storm Damage?

We always recommend having one of our trained professionals take a look at your roof to help assess damages. If we see enough damage to warrant an insurance claim, we can work with you and your insurance company to make sure you receive everything you need to get your roof back to peak performance condition. We will even meet on site with your adjuster to make sure they have an accurate understanding of the damage and replacement needs.

How Long Does A Roof Replacement Job Take?

This depends greatly on the size of the project and the scope of work! However, a typical residential home roof replacement will take 1-2 days.

Can You Replace The Roof Of The Other Structures On My Property?

Yes! We can repair or replace the roof of any structure, large or small, commercial or residential.

Yes! We provide roofing services to HOA's of all shapes and sizes. We can also provide roof replacement services to apartment complexes, condominium communities, commercial complexes, and more!

How Can I Prepare My Home For Roof Replacement?

It is important to remember that a roof replacement job is a major construction project that will affect not just your roof, but your entire property. Heavy equipment, materials, and multi-person crews will be onsite for the entirety of the project. We always recommend removing any outdoor items that could easily be damaged or may interfere with our crews ability to easily access the roof. This includes, but is not limited to: string lights, exterior decor, outdoor furniture, small statues, bird houses/feeders, etc. While it may seem a bit of a hassle, it is the best way to ensure your items are safe from damage while this major construction is happening. Additionally, we recommend that you take the same precautions with any valuables you may have hanging on the walls inside your home. Again, heavy materials, equipment, and crews will be on the roof. This may cause things on your walls to shift during the construction process. Finally, we do not recommend allowing children or pets outdoors during construction. It is very easy for materials and debris to fall off the roof and can present a dangerous situation around the perimeter of your home. Always take into consideration how this major construction may affect your family members and plan accordingly.
